Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our Platform. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Fundraising Campaigns

Users of our Platform may create fundraising campaigns to raise funds for various purposes, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You agree that any fundraising campaigns you create will not involve illegal activities, deceptive practices, or any form of discrimination.

Donations

• Donors may contribute funds to fundraising campaigns on the Platform.
• Donors have the option to include an additional donation to support alkun.org at the time of their contribution, but this is voluntary.
• Donors can opt out of the voluntary donation by selecting "None" under Support Us section.
• Donations are subject to processing fees, which may vary based on the payment method and region.
• Donors agree to these fees deduction from their donation amount.
• Donors making donations to a campaign should consider the payment to be final and without the possibility of refund.

Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to facilitate donations. Donors and campaign creators must abide by the terms and conditions of the payment processors.

Disbursements

Funds raised through fundraising campaigns will be disbursed to the campaign creator's designated account, minus applicable fees. We are not responsible for any disputes related to the distribution of funds.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Post, share, or distribute content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or any associated systems or networks.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials prepared by us on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our express permission. However, you may download and view or print a copy of other User's submitted or generated public facing materials OR ALL of your own submitted or generated public and private materials.

AI Generated Contents and Bot Submissions

• Content generated solely by AI is prohibited.
• Content created manually and with some AI assistance is allowed to a certain extent.
• Scheduled bot submissions are not allowed

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation oF Liability

1. USE OF THIS SERVICE AND ITS CONTENTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS SITE AND ALL OF ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". YOU MUST NOT RELY ON ANY CONTENT PUBLISHED ON OR LINKED TO THIS SITE WITHOUT FIRST MAKING YOUR OWN ENQUIRIES TO VERIFY IT IS ACCURATE, CURRENT AND COMPLETE. We may update these Terms at any time, and the updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
